The issue appears to be related to a network connectivity issue around 2025-03-11 14:38 UTC time from our main distribution server. There may be other times as well but this was one obvious point of delay. We do not see any issue at this time. About post #35, if you are noticing a lag every few seconds, this would be unrelated to the problem.
