John, For further info for you, here is a screenshot of the spread chart working happily away on Mike's SC data. So what could be going wrong on my end? 1- we both have SC data feed 2- formula works perfectly on his SC 3- we copy the formula exactly into mine 4- he has teamviewered into my acct to make sure every setting is as his is. my chart comes up with large red failure box as shown in the first message to you. Please, can you help us solve this? I so appreciate your time. Karen |
