Hi John, A client and I are stumped. He has SC obvs and he sent me a formula for an NQ - ES spread he trades so that I can have a chart on my pc. Unlike me, he codes, programs and is everything I am not. He Team-viewed into my PC to check everything was exactly as he had, and we still cannot get the chart to generate. We have used both NQH25-CME, and NQH25_FUT_CME in the formula. The former works perfectly on his PC. When we go to generate the chart, trying both formulas, we get the red error message as seen in attachment. We tried the 'translate to current symbol', and that too generates the same red error message. Mike, again, has jumped on my PC to confirm there wasn't an error on my part. Please can you help us to solve this issue? I appreciate your time looking at this, and hope you can give us a fix. thank you so much, John, for your time. Karen ps there wasn't room for symbol sett 2, but it's just showing the same thing as symbol set 1, but with the different symbol. |
