We cannot help with this. This is an operating system/system issue. This is a problem for you to resolve and you to make your own decisions on. This is strictly an issue with your system. It is not an issue with Sierra Chart at all. We are declining further support. If you do not want to believe you have a problem with your system that is not our issue.
