You cannot access the VAH/VAL/POC lines directly from a TPO chart. That data is not exposed through the TPO study, so you cannot get to it directly. What you need to do is use the "TPO Value Area Lines" study on the chart where you want the lines. As long as you set the parameters the same as the TPO chart, then you will get the same results.
