We do not understand how you are getting any data at all. Sierra Chart does not have connectivity with CQG for data from the CME Group and EUREX, so you should not be getting any data, since you are not setup to get the data from us. In the end, the solution is to use the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You have used this previously, so you just need to activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Also, it looks like you are running an older version of the software.
