To begin with, you are not setup to get any real-time data from us. What is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to? And what is the symbol for the chart you show in the image? We need the exact symbol as it is entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol".
