So in order for the rectangle to start where i have my cursor, that option needs to be set to "No", correct?
Correct. Or else the rectangle will be placed at the time that is entered. I can´t set the outline of the rectangle to 0. How would i make the outline disappear?
There is no support for setting the outline to a zero width, or for removing it in general. The closest you can get to this would be to set the outline color to be the same as the background of your chart. And you can hide the entire rectangle drawing.
