The coloring is working correctly. What you are not understanding is that the "Numeric Information Reference" study does not have the Input for "Determine Maximum/Minimum Values for Background From". You have this set to "Daily Data" in your Numbers Bars Calculated Values. But since the "Numeric Information Reference" does not have this option, the coloring is always going to be based on all the data in the chart. Therefore, you have a difference in the Maximum/Minimum values that are used to determine the coloring between the two studies.
