No this is not possible. All of this is kind of sharing is disabled due to exchange rules. Do not spend any time on this. It will not work. You could do this, but it is not something we will help with: Alternatively, you can export historical data (e.g., via CSV export) from the DTN IQFeed instance and then import it into charts in your CQG instance. This method is less dynamic but can be useful for backtesting.
