I came across this thread through googling because the "Scroll Multiplier" setting also didn't seem to have any effect on my charts. But upon further inspection of the problem I realized that the scroll multiplier only applies when there's no blank space to the right of the chart (i.e. when the E indicator on the lower right is red). In other words, when you scroll right past the last candle on the chart it will always scroll with a multiplier of 1 regardless of the configured "Scroll Multiplier" value. Is this the intended behaviour or a bug?
