There are right-click and keyboard shortcuts for "Move Stops to Price" and "Move Targets to Price", but in these cases it is all the Stops and All the Targets. There is not an option for a single Target. But another option is to click on the quantity for the working order, which will give you a window with the Quantity and Price, where you can adjust the price by typing in the value.
