We have done a test now where we have put Sierra Chart in a frozen state for about 3 minutes. Normally what should happen in this case is the TransAct bridge program should automatically shutdown. It is not. And the fact that it does not is a problem. However, we were not missing any data because all the data was received when Sierra Chart became unfrozen. We think we know what the problem could be from in your case. Make Sure Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Timestamp Using Local Computer Clock is set to False.
