There is no text box or anything that will appear. You might be able to see the text being inputted on the Title Bar of the window, but this depends on how much space is available, so you may not see anything. Make sure you are using the "Enter" key after entering everything else. And if you are unsure of where you are in the process, you can use the "Escape" key to clear the input buffer and start over.
