For anything more than what we have in our Global Profit/Loss Management, you would need to check with your broker. With regards to replay and orders, it sounds like you have an automated system running, and when you run the replay the system is generating orders. If this is not what you want, then you will either need to modify your system or remove it to handle the replay situation.
