Try the audio alerts idea.
You can see what is happening by opening the Tools>Chart Values window
You can set this up by opening the FVG study.
Change the Maximum Bar lookback to 3.
Click on the Alerts tab and add this formula:
OR(SG1 > 0,SG2>0)
Check Enabled and reset alert condition on new bar and pick an alert sound - you can generate an audio clip of a voice speaking with most AI tools if you want an alert that explains the situation and you can setup alerts for specific situations by using multiple studies and giving each a specific condition.

Now, whenever your chart window shows FVG Up Count or FVG Down Count > 0, you will get an audio alert so that you can zoom in and look closer.

The ACSIL study can be modified to make the drawings that are left on the chart by this study user editable, but if that's beyond your experience for the moment, you can study it later.
What you can do for the moment is open your Manage Drawings window (ctrl+alt+m) and then as the FVGs appear, you can label them or delete them if you don't plan to use them.
You can also, if you like, click properties and change the Anchors tab to have a date in the future making them extend across your screen better for the future.

Hope that helps you out.
1) you will have an audio alert when they appear
2) you can choose to keep them and give them a name and extend them into the future or you can delete them or hide them from your chart.

No coding needed, just creativity.
