Are you certain you have the "Volume by Price Reset Button" set properly to reset the Volume Profile on the DOM? Is the DOM in a detached window and the Control Bar on your main window? In this case, you would need to have the Control Bar attached to the DOM, by selecting "Window >> Control Bar >> Control Bar n" on the Trading DOM window itself to add the control bar to that window. Then the reset button will apply to that specific window and the associated Volume by Price study.
