its my mistake. i tried setup denali data provider and they asked for an account number but that's for a futures account unrelated to sierra charts. im not sure why i thought sierra charts gave out an account number, i must've seen something somewhere that made me think we had one and when i was searching for how to find it on the internet results came up so it validated the impression i had that we had account numbers but it now i know that's not the case, i apologize. thank you for the help
