i need help finding my sierra charts account number, i checked global settings in the app and its not there, i checked my emails and my number is not mentioned, i check the website for my account details and its not there, i went to change my account info and its not there. i must be doing something wrong. i reached out to sierra charts asking for my account number via a account support ticket number, hopefully im able to check the response if they reply but it so hard for me to use this interface i may never see the reply. if someone could also tell me how to view if sierra charts responded to your account support ticket thatd be amazing. this website is very hard for me to use, sorry for the basic question, i tried my best for hours with chat gpt, google, and youtube to find my number but i am defeated please help.
