Hi John, my account is now active. But I've massive problems now after switching from the trial(SC Data) to Teton. It's really frustrating because with the demo everything was fine. Eg. when I now open a new symbol like ESH25_FUT_CME and I want 60 days back only 14 days will be downloaded. Even when I use the option delete all data and download. After the download was ready I increased to 100 days but Sierra loades the data only starting at 1-15.
