We see that you have the charts labeled as "Footprint", therefore we assume you are using the "Numbers Bars" study. If this is correct, then make sure that you have your data set to be stored in 1 tick increments, otherwise the Numbers Bars will not work properly. Refer to the following setting:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)

As noted in the section linked above, you will need to redownload the data if you change the setting.
