You type in the particular symbol, as it is needed for the service you are connected to, in the "Selected Symbol" field on the "File >> Find Symbol" window. Then open the appropriate chart type from there. Refer to the following:
File Menu: Find Symbol (File) How can the correct symbol be determined when trying to add it for the first time? We are not able to find new symbols for global futures that are not listed by using Find Symbols. ie, currently need to add Iron Ore on SGX, do not see it listed, can not find it in search in Find Symbols.
