1. Changes happen. Software is not static. So there will be times when updates are necesary. 2. The data feed does not make any difference to the items you are referencing. You will get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for EUREX, but you will still be trading with Interactive Brokers and having access to the items you mention through Interactive Brokers. 3. This is an issue with how long the trading service keeps the order fill information. If Interactive Brokers has the data available, then Sierra Chart will download it. If the information is not downloaded, then that means that Interactive Brokers is not sending it. You can always enter missing order fills manually if that is needed.
