Dear Sierra Chart Support Team, I encountered an issue today related to order execution, and I’m seeking your guidance to understand the behavior and find a solution. Here are the details of the problem: Issue: I had an active 1-lot long position in EUR (6E) in the account XGEA31_01. However, when a flatten position signal was triggered for EUR, the account selected in the signal was XGEA31. Despite the position being in XGEA31_01, the flatten position action executed on the 1-lot long position in XGEA31_01, which I did not expect. Additionally, even after the flatten position action was executed, the system still shows the XGEA31_01 EUR long position as open. I have attached a screenshot for your reference. My Concern: I would like to understand: Why the flatten position action targeted and executed for the XGEA31_01 account instead of the selected XGEA31 account. Why the XGEA31_01 EUR long position still shows as open despite the flatten action being executed.
