Have you disabled realtime market data for Eurex in newer versions through datafeeds other than SC's, like from IB? We updated to latest version and realtime Eurex data became disabled. Since you have no mobile charting solution for this realtime data, why block your users from receiving it after paying for it elsewhere? Custom studies we had developed and paid a lot of $ for also are no longer working in newer versions, where there is no benefit the user needs in a newer version, but it keeps losing functionality which worked previously and is needed, it does not make sense for us to update.
