Regarding Keyboard shortcuts, select Global Settings >> Customize Keyboard Shortcuts. Press the "Set All To Defaults" button. Press OK after that. For further help, refer to: Global Settings Menu: Keyboard Shortcuts Not Functioning Regarding this: For the other issue, I cant upload a screenshot because the message "configuration" does not appear when i follow your instructions. so to clarify this issue, if i go to tools, use the horizontal line for example to make a level on the chart, right click it, i can either erase it, extend it, move it --etc etc...NOW, if i right click, a configuration message appears which i cant do anything with. Update Sierra Chart to the current version: Software Download: Fast Update And then select Global Settings >> Customize Chart Drawing Menu >> Use Default >> OK.
