Sierra Chart is not the provider of the real-time data feed in this case. The underlying problem is that you have some configuration which is taking a long time to perform calculations for. We have no idea exactly what that is. We recommend referring to help topic 30 here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails30.html If there is missing data in the chart after the calculations, follow the instructions and help topic 7.1: Http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails7.html When Sierra Chart has a direct connection to a data feed, which it does not in this case, even if the user interface becomes frozen for an extended time and the data feed is lost, when it is recovered, historical data will automatically be downloaded.
