Wow, this answer is very unprofessional and scary. "There is not any issue for us to fix." I've proved to you with screenshots that there is a bug, and you are saying there are no issue to fix without any fact supporting your wrong statement? This is how Sierra Chart handle bugs? I even took many hours of my time to test everything out to find exactly where the bug was (in the bracket orders). I've saved you a lot of time/diagnostic by doing this.I've also already uploaded the chart settings which are exactly like the required setting for 6E/M6E in the Teton link: Use As Trade Only Symbol: yes Price Display Format: .00001 Tick Size: .0001 Trade and Current Quote Symbol Price Multiplier: 1 Can you escalate this problem to a manager? We're talking about a serious bug that render the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" useless. I can't trade at all, and of course I'd like to trade on 6E/M6E versus M6E.
