We see that you posted and deleted, but the information in that post is important. The settings we told you to set when using the Trade and Current Quote Symbol are only valid when you are connected to the Teton Order Routing Service. What is your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to?
