If you saved a Chartbook in a Sub-Instance, then it should be there. The only time the system copies the chartbooks from the main instance is when a sub-instance is first created. It sounds like you may have an additional sub-instance that is not the particular sub-instance number you want. Keep in mind they will open in order - Sub-Instance #2, then Sub-Instance #3, etc. And again - do NOT pin a sub-instance to the taskbar and start it that way.
