It looks like you have exited from the main Sierra Chart instance and left a sub-instance running. At this point, we want you to shutdown your computer and wait for 30 seconds after it turns off. Then turn it back on again and start Sierra Chart. If sub-instances are not set to start automatically, then do NOT start any sub-instances. Make sure the main instance comes up correctly first and you are able to work with it. Then, after your main instance is up and running without any issues, then start a sub-instance and see if it starts without a problem. If you have an issue, then we would need to know what it is.
