You do not have privileges to modify the clock for your system from the account you are using to run Sierra Chart. Therefore, the NTP options will not work for you.

We would recommend running Sierra Chart "As Administrator" and then using the one-time option to set the clock by selecting "Global Settings >> Set System Date-Time from Server". Refer to the following:
