Hi Team, I've been experiencing issues with getting my trades displayed on my VWAP and Depth of Market (DOM) charts, and I can't open my trading window on my VWAP Chart. It was working fine on the simulator, well except for the trading window. As soon as I connected with a broker and moved over to Rithic Direct service I was not able to adjust or see my open and closed positions on the VWAP and DOM Charts, only on the Footprint chart. This can be highly inconvenient as it slows down the process of getting the correct trades, as my targets are off the screen and I have to move the display to see these targets and fiddle around to place them in the right position. When on the VWAP I can place my targets perfectly, having it displayed on the screen without having to move the display, and I can set my targets to the correct points off of the VWAP bands. Is there anything you could do to assist me in getting my trades to be displayed on the VWAP and DOM again, please? |
