This is good news and hopes as well because I did suffer from same issue for long time through many versions of SC. I usually restarted the SC so it is faster than waiting. I also strongly believe that what happens sometimes is when you are in chart trading and in fast markets you enter and than cancel it never even arrives at trading service its definitely SC side only and after that it just hangs around here...
