No need to respond further, that response was confusing enough already :) On one hand you said "interfere with how AMP configures their environment" which made me think that the issue is on AMP's side, and on the other hand you said "There may be a solution, but it is involved. We are not going to be implementing that anytime soon.". Not only will the issue remain unsolved, I don't even know who's responsible for updating the margin requirements correctly, the broker or the order routing provider. Given that I don't know who's responsible for the account parameters update (including margin requirements), I don't know who's the "alleged bad image" will be on, but I'll try to check with others who are using CQG if they have the same issue. Anyway, if at anytime during the lifecycle of the product you came across a way to even manually update/correct the margin requirements (without having to submit live orders to the exchange), please let me know. Thank you. |
