Those are the basic volume profiles from the Volume by Price study. In this example, it's Total Volume colorized from a bright pink POC to dark pink or black. It could also be any of the bid/ask combinations available in the Volume by Price study. I can see this providing a much cleaner chart without all the horizontal HVN and LVN lines.
