Hi there

I have logged in to the main instance with a new set of Apex accounts and seem to still have access to my market depth (NYMEX) data I subscribe to through the Sierra Chart portal, in the main instance. However, in the sub instance there is no market depth data.

Could you please advise how to resolve?
