Make sure that both systems are set to store the data at every trade (1 tick): Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) And then make sure that the Session Times are exactly the same, the bar period is the same, and that the time from when the data should accumulate is the same.
