i have tested this MIT setting suggestion. unfortunately, the behavior with that setting also effects below the market buys. this causes slippage on futures when the desired behavior is a limit order. I have four common order scenarios. Since i sometime prefer to be 'swept into momentum', i use stops to enter those trades. With the current structure, i am required to hand enter a MIT order in the tradedom for those times i want to use server side stop entry brackets. I really appreciate the work being done to improve safety via server brackets, but for CTS customers, this behavior only protects us on our limit entry orders. i recognize most retail traders dont use stop entries, but i would ask that you look at the four entry scenarios below and consider how to enable painless server side brackets from the tradedom within the constraints of our brokers design.
