We cannot help with this. We do not provide any support for Rithmic trading issues: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy This is strictly a Rithmic issue. It is not an issue with Sierra Chart at all. This is impossible. I have to completely logout, shutdown the software, and reopen it to get another order to go through properly. The most you would have to do is simply reconnect with File >> Reconnect.
