You need to update the actual charts for the proper symbol. Just because "File >> Find Symbol" is showing the correct symbols does not mean that the charts themselves have been updated.

Start by going to your sub-instance and selecting the option for "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". This should take care of most of your issues. But you need to ensure that you have all symbols updated, so be sure to check any Quote Boards or Alerts you may have setup to ensure that all of them are referencing the proper Rithmic symbols.
