Make sure you have the correct "Clearing Firm" selected for your setup. It should be "AMP". If you have the Clearing Firm correct, then you need to check with AMP to ensure that they actually completed the setup. If they state that they did (which they have already stated) then have them check the Account Name that they entered. Make sure the Account Name that they entered matches your Sierra Chart Account Name exactly. If it is incorrect, then let AMP know that they need to redo the setup with the correct name. If neither of the above fixes it, then let us know and we will have to contact AMP on this.
