There is a limit of 30000 historical downloads per month, which you have met. In order to get more downloads, you need to pay $25.00 for an additional 50000 downloads. You can enable this option at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#AdditionalHistoricalDownloads You will want to enable this option, make sure you are able to download the data and then disable it. By disabling it, you are setting it to not renew for the next month, but you will still have those downloads for the remainder of this month.
