Hello My historical charts weekly and daily missing data of 2 weeks. There is no problem on intraday charts. What is happening, it keeps printing missing data of 2 previous weeks after new week starts After I open the software there is an error code displayed on historical charts "Max downloads per month exceeded. Downloads=30120. Monthly limit 30000. In general I did not make any changes to my existing settings for a while. I noticed the problem a while ago. It might happened after you had a problem with delivering data with your providers for few days over few weeks ago. I just updated to recent version of Sierra chart 2720. I used "delete all data and downloaded" The problem is still exist. I Attached picture |
