In version 2719, this new setting in Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth controls this feature: "Clear Recent Bid Ask Volume Inactive Time in Milliseconds (0=disabled)" Only set it in one of the charts for the symbol. Not more than one. So there is not unnecessary processing. It will affect all charts, showing recent bid/ask volume for the symbol.
