Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On is/has always been checked. Sierra Chart was on and running. I don't quite know how to capture "some kind of screenshot or video demonstrating the problem." Do you mean try to take a screenshot at, perhaps, the point where price has exceeded and remains above a profitable long position "Sell Limit" which was not executed as obviated by the fact that the order on the chart still remains visible??
