Two things about this: 1. Your firewall software will need to be disabled to allow the connection to the Sierra Chart server. We cannot help with firewall problems but it is blocking the connection. Why, we do not know. You will need to contact your firewall provider for help with it. 2. There is a problem where the HTTP request and connection is being retried over and over again and in this kind of scenario that should not be happening. There is also not a delay between the requests and there needs to be a delay. So this is something we are going to be solving as well.
