Hi, I created an alert that triggers on a study. This was working very well and the system would email me on a regular basis. Eventually the alert notifications stopped. I looked at my Study and under Settings> Alerts and the "Enabled" tick is unticked (?). So I tick it and hit OK, but when I come back to the Settings> Alerts Tab the "Enabled" tick is untick (i.e. ticking this does not stick. 1) What is the purpose of the "Enabled" tick 2) Is it normal that it doesn't stick?
