Also, your "Verified Until" date is showing as "0000-00-00", which means that you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account. If this connection to Rithmic is for your live account, then once you resolve the "Permission Denied" error, then you will be fine. But if this Rithmic connection is to a Prop Firm, then you need to connect separately to your live account in order to get the real-time data for the CME Group. Refer to the following for more information on connecting to a live account and why this is necessary:

Once you connect to your live account, your "Verified Until" date will be set to 30 days in the future. You can view this date at the following link:
