Your log shows the following:
Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is disabled.

Therefore, you should not be getting any data at all, as this tells the system to not use the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Please do the following:
- Select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings".
- Set the option for "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "Yes".
- Select OK to close that window.
- Select "File >> Reconnect"

After this you will be getting your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed and you should not have any issues with getting additional historical data.
